"PEACE PIECE"

The 21st Centrury has been such an inspiring one from all angles and perspectives of human life, society transformation, national developments and a Common Goal of Global peace, political stability, free access to fundamental human rights and freedoms, proper governance and politics among others. Global Peace has always been such a pertinent item, issue and content of daily and periodic discussions. Whilst the fight is on, diversified approaches and strategies are been used to achieve peace and stability in our countries and elsewhere, there is this high cost need for youth across the globe to champion this course and drive this message of peace home. "Peace is a good element which propagates, elevates and births progress and development in society. Peace is a viable seed which needs to be sow, nursed and nurtured"..... DELASI JUSTICE (2019).

 Over the past two decades, Ghana as a country has periodically and continuously participated and featured in one of the most valuable democratic exercise(Elections) of which all ended peacefully and successfully. It is absolutely true that Modern Day democracy is characterized with free, fair and transparent elections which seek to elect new governments and the people's representatives in administration and governance. Since the year 1992, Ghana has demonstrated and proven to the West African Sub- Region, Africa as a continent and the entire worldwide population of her capabilities to engaging in peaceful elections and smooth transition of political power from one point to another.

In December 2020, Ghana will again feature another General Elections which will create a platform for the ordinary Ghanaian citizenry to take part in the decision making process of electing a President and Members of Parliament to the General Assembly. It is strongly believed that the major Elections Institution(Electoral Commission of Ghana) will help in the smooth, free, fair and transparent processes to make Ghana again a proud country of rich democracy.

Whilst we do all these, HAVI DELASI JUSTICE deem it very important to participate in the "Peace Preaching Agenda" hence his initiative dubbed "PEACE PIECE". "PEACE PIECE" is a Peace Campaign Initiative which seeks to inform and educate Ghanaians on the need for peace before during and after the December 2020 General Elections.

This exercise shall be presented and projected in various forms such as Online and Social Media campaigns, Visits to Basic, Second Cycle Institutions, Tertiary Campuses among others. The program will also feature Radio and Television Channels engagements among other useful sites and mediums.

Delasi JUSTICE strongly believes that peace is not a one man affair, and that it is a collective responsibility for all in our societies hence, he calls on Volunteers, individuals, corporate leaders, religious institutions, change makers and peace ambassadors to feature, help and support this course.
